This book is composed almost entirely of all notes from the editor/interpreter and at times it's impossible to work out which bits are from Kautilya and which bits are just interpretation. The book I am referring to is the one by Penguin Publication and translated by L.N. Rangarajan. Firstly I entered the book with wrong prejudice i.e. I expected the book to be Artha (Money), economics and who the economy works or should work.
